The scheduling platform (the “Software”) is a data-dependent tool designed to aggregate and display scheduling information. Its functionality relies strictly on:

• Third-Party Data: Automated ICS/iCal calendar feeds provided by external sports associations, leagues, or governing bodies.
• User Input: Manual data, updates, and schedule assignments entered directly by authorized assignors or coordinators.

The Software does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed games, or administrative errors resulting from inaccurate, delayed, or broken third-party feeds, or incorrect manual data entry.

The Software requires a stable internet connection to sync schedules, send notifications, and update assignments.

• We do not guarantee real-time delivery of notifications or instant schedule synchronizations.
• Schedule updates, assignment alerts, and system notifications may be delayed, intermittent, or unavailable due to network outages, cellular carrier delays, or internet connectivity issues.

The Software is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis. Users acknowledge that reliance on the schedule for game attendance, officiating, or league operations is at their own risk. Under no circumstances shall the platform or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to missed games, travel expenses, lost fees, or league penalties—arising out of data inaccuracies, system delays, or downtime.
