Access to this information is strictly restricted:

• Authorized Access Only:Personal data is only visible to “Authorized Users,” defined as the purchaser of the service (the league or organization) and the specific assignors they designate to manage their officiating roster.
• Purpose of Use:Authorized Users and assignors will only use an official's contact information for legitimate operational purposes, specifically game assignments and payroll reasons.

Your privacy is paramount. CrewChief will not knowingly sell, lease, or forward an Official's personal information to any third parties. Roster data is kept strictly within the platform for your designated association's use and is never shared with external organizations or advertisers.

The platform includes messaging functionality to allow officials, assignors, and the developer to communicate regarding game assignments, system support, or administrative updates.

• No End-to-End Encryption:Please be advised that messages and notifications sent through CrewChief's internal messaging system, SMS alerts, or email relays are not encrypted or secure.
• Sensitive Data:Users should not send highly confidential personal information (such as banking details, social insurance/security numbers, or sensitive personal medical info) through the platform's messaging features.

The developer retains administrative access to the platform's database for the sole purposes of technical support, system maintenance, database optimization, and troubleshooting. CrewChief maintains strict internal data-handling standards to protect your roster information during administrative tasks.
